Being Soft Sucks!
Okay… the Mum made me, and all the other dogs here, all other five of them, get in the tub today. It was awful! I got all wet! She made me all wet! I hated it. I even squealed a little bit. I wouldn’t let her take any pictures of me when I was wet.
She says I’m all soft and I smell good now. But I don’t want to be soft and I don’t want to smell good. Not if it means getting all wet, then all sudsy, then all wet again. The Mum said I’m easy because my coat is short and not so thick, and I dry quickly. Well, I still hated it!
But I suffered through then I got a bully stick and that was yummy.

Yeah, getting a bath isn’t too fun, but it always makes us all energized. When we’re done with bath time, we all run around like crazy in the house and drive Momma crazy. We call it payback! Hah!

We hate baths too. We are glad that Dad gets us all sudzy only around every five-six months. Wet us down because we got muddy, that happens more often. The best part is getting cheese, second is having Dad towel us off.

Hello! I just found you website by way of your comment on Daisy’s blog.
I don’t like baths, either. I don’t get to go in the tub, ’cause my mommy doesn’t like the hair in it, so I have to go outside under the cold hose! And even thought I have short hair, too, I still dry really slow. I hate baths.

Hi Abby nice to meet you! Eww cold hose! It’s too cold for that here, but the hair in the tub is something the Mum here doesn’t like either.
